Stonington Gray Three-Story
On the top of a hill in Wallingford sits this looming yet friendly 1900 home. Previously in need of some TLC and paint-scraping, this home feels as vibrant and fresh as the day it was built over 100 years ago. To soften it’s enormous presence, we chose a softer neutral palette with a surprise pop of color on the foundation and stairs. By straying away from the darker colors it previously knew, we created an approachability and ease to it’s exterior, making it a cheerful addition to the neighborhood!
