Most new builds are unfortunately remiss of character and interest. Our clients wanted to have the freshness of the modern farmhouse aesthetic without the lack of personality. They worked diligently to maintain character and subtle pops of interest to not feel so out of touch with their neighborhood. They craved a bright and warm white that doesn’t lean too yellow, and wanted a slightly less stark dark accent color on the trim. This palette combined with their exposed concrete planters and steps and maintained greenery and trees offers the perfect middle ground to achieve their desired style with personality.
