Hemlock Modern Home
The scope for this project was to bring some color back to it’s siding, and therefore some life and energy. In a sea of neutral homes, our clients wanted theirs to bring joy not only to them when they came home every day, but also to the neighborhood. Demonstrating that not all exterior color is garish and harsh, our clients ended up choosing a soothing shade of blue green with just enough gray to keep it easy on the eyes. Our favorite part was coordinating the color with the rest of the home’s siding materials like the wood paneling, metal railings and flashing, and taupe windows. The resulting palette balances the warm and cool tones their home naturally has.
